Is the AirTag included?

No — the AirTag is sold separately by Apple. TrackSleeve includes a built-in holder designed to fit your Apple AirTag (1st & 2nd Generation) perfectly.

How does the tracking work?

Insert your AirTag into the built-in slot, pair it with your iPhone using Apple's free Find My app, and you'll be able to locate your wallet anywhere in the world.

Will the leather block the AirTag signal?

No. TrackSleeve is made from signal-friendly materials that won't interfere with your AirTag's Bluetooth connection.

How many cards does it hold?

TrackSleeve features multiple card slots and a center pocket for bills, giving you quick front-pocket access to everything you carry daily.

Does it protect against card skimming?

Yes. TrackSleeve includes built-in RFID-blocking technology to protect your cards from wireless theft.

What colors are available?

TrackSleeve comes in three finishes: Black, Brown, and Carbon Fiber.

What's in the box?

Each TrackSleeve ships with the wallet in your chosen color, a premium gift box, and a quick-start guide. The AirTag is not included.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days within Canada and 7–15 business days to the US. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

What's your return policy?

If you're not happy with your TrackSleeve, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Email contact@tracksleeve.com to start a return.

Is TrackSleeve affiliated with Apple?

No. TrackSleeve is an independent brand. "Find My" and "AirTag" are trademarks of Apple Inc. Our product is designed to be compatible with Apple AirTag but is not made or endorsed by Apple.
