Refund policy
We want you to love your TrackSleeve. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@tracksleeve.com with your order number and we'll provide instructions.
Return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or defective items. If your TrackSleeve arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items. Used items, items missing original packaging, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Late refunds. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at contact@tracksleeve.com.
